Who we are

AlloFlare is a platform that allows you to show your flare and build your audience and/or inspire a community of fashionistas, fashion lovers, and fashion entrepreneurs. It is designed with its core purpose in mind: help fashion brands, professionals, and enthusiasts achieve greater success within the fashion industry.

What our platform offers

Our platform offers many features that were created to inspire, help you show your identity, and grow your personal or professional brand. Below is a list of what you can expect:

Using AlloFlare

Signing Up and Memberships

AlloFlare offers two membership options: AlloFlare Social and AlloFlare VIP.

You can choose our AlloFlare Social Membership and enjoy our community for FREE, or sign up to our AlloFlare VIP Membership, which is $10.99/month, and enjoy more exclusive features. Our VIP membership is billed monthly and if you would like to cancel it and not be charged, you can easily do so on your profile within that month.

Please note that you can cancel your membership at any time, but we will offer no refunds after the cycle has been billed, so make sure you cancel it before the recurring date is expected.

Once you have entered your information and confirmed your subscription, you will receive an email from us to activate your account.

After that, you can just log in as usual and update your membership at any time on our platform.

Types of Memberships

The AlloFlare Social Membership is completely FREE and allows you to create your profile, post content on "Show Your Flare" tab, save content that you like, shop for fashion items, access your purchases made on the "Fashion Success" tab, and support other members by buying and transferring AlloCoins.

The AlloFlare VIP Membership, which is free for the first month then $10.99/month. allows you to enjoy all of the benefits above, plus others that are only reserved to VIP members, such as: post your products for sale on Shop and manage your sales items on your profile, connect with and message other members, and convert your AlloCoins to cash via Paypal transfers.*

Sharing Content

As a member of AlloFlare, you can post discussions, polls, photos, videos, etc on our platform and build your identity so other members can connect with you. We do have strict content and comment restrictions for pornography, illegal content, sexualization of minors, incitement of violence, threats of bullying, disclosure of personal information, obscenity, abuse, spam, and derogatory behavior, and anyone who breaks those rules will be banned from the community.

Users are also able to report others that are breaching our terms of use, as we would like to keep this community as respectful, polite and enjoyable as possible.

Our platform consists of the following tabs:

Fashion News

Stay on top of the latest fashion and style news, as well as celebrity news and inspo.

Show Your Flare

See what members post to find inspiration, as well as share your own content and build your identity within the platform.

Shop

Discover, shop, or create an ad for fashion products.

You can select the category to shop or use the search function to find products that you are looking for.

You can also post your own products for sale with an AlloFlare VIP membership by going on your profile, then clicking on "Shop" then "Create". You are then taken to a form where you can enter all the information about the product you are selling.

We do charge $4.99 for each ad you create and our ads stay live for 1 month.

Once your ad has been screened for abuse/spam and approved, it can be found on your profile under Shop, where you can edit and manage your ad.

Fashion Success

Here you will be able to find courses and learn skills necessary to succeed in the fashion industry.

Once you select a course, you will be taken to our secure payment gateway to complete your purchase and download the content.

If you are an AlloFlare Social member, you will be able to access your downloaded content on your Profile -> Purchases..

Connect

Here you can search, find and connect with other members in our fashion community.

Here you can view and edit your profile.

This tab allows you to see what you posted on the feed, your friends, purchases from "Fashion Success", your ads on our "Shop", photos and videos you've shared, edit your about information, preferences and your membership.

Here you can see and accept friend requests

Messages

Here you are able to see your messages and message other users (if you are a VIP member) by clicking on "new message". You can then select the user(s) you would like to interact with. You can share emojis and photos on the chatbox, but please remember to be respectful as users can block and report you for abuse (so no pornography, obscenity, abuse, spam, and derogatory behavior are allowed and anyone who breaches it will be banned from the community).

You can also search your messages by content or users.

AlloFlare is a platform for anyone who works or are interested in fashion. This is a space where fashion entrepreneurs and brands can easily find inspiration, build their audience, and grow their brand.

AlloFlare was created to help brands and professionals in the industry express what they are all about, build their brand identity and audience, sell their products, connect with others in the industry, and learn new skills to succeed.

There is a lot of work that needs to be put having a successful brand, and AlloFlare offers a space where you can grow and stand out, without the noise like in other platforms.

Managing Your Account

Privacy Settings

You can edit your privacy settings by either clicking on your username on the header then Preferences.

From there you can edit who can see the information on your About section, the Preferences you have for your profile, and Account information.

Notification Settings

You can edit your notification settings by clicking on your username located on the header then Preferences -> Notifications.

There you can enable or disable all the notifications we have available for your email and on site.

Deleting Your Account and Info

If you'd like to delete your AlloFlare account and stored information, you can easily do so by clicking on the arrow down next to your profile name, then Preferences -> Account -> Profile Deletion.

Deleting your account will disable your profile and remove your name and photo from most things you've shared. Some information may still be visible to others, such as your name in their friends list and messages you sent.

Support Members in the Community with AlloCoins

Join the movement for a more decentralized fashion and bring power to the people.

AlloCoin is the Fashion Coin. It was created with the intention of helping support creators, professionals, and brands in the fashion community.

In a nutshell, AlloCoins can be purchased on our platform and be converted into cryptocurrency, which can be used as payment on AlloFlare (and other platforms in the future), as well as be transferred to other members in the community to show support.

When you purchase AlloCoins and transfer it to one of our members, you can help support that member's content, business and purpose, since AlloCoins can be converted into cryptocurrency when the recipient has an AlloFlare VIP membership.

Our Initial Coin Offering (ICO) is being sold only at AlloFlare with a limited amount available. After that, you will be able to buy AlloCoins in the open market.

How to Purchase AlloCoins

You can buy AlloCoins using the widget on screen where it says "Buy AlloCoins" by entering the amount of coins you'd like to purchase, then clicking on "Buy Now". You will then be redirected to Paypal's payment getaway to complete your purchase. Each AlloCoin is worth USD1.00 (1 AlloCoin = $1.00).

How to View Your Ballance

You can view your balance on the "My AlloCoin Ballance" widget.

How to Transfer AlloCoins

You can transfer AlloCoins using the "Transfer AlloCoins to support a member" widget. This feature is made available to make transferring easy and avoid unnecessary gas fees on the blockchain.

You can transfer any amount that you currently have on your ballance. There is a daily transfer limit of 1000 AlloCoins.

In order to transfer AlloCoins to another member, you will need to know the recipient's registered email address and enter it into the Recipient's field.

You can also include an optional message to the recipient before you complete the transfer.

How to Covert Your AlloCoins to Cryptocurrency (ALLO)

In order for you to enjoy the benefits of converting your AlloCoins into crypto, you will need to be a paying AlloFlare VIP member.

We have a minimum transfer requirement of 100 AlloCoins to protect our community.

Each AlloCoin (ALLO) is worth USD1.00 (1 AlloCoin = $1.00) and can currently only be purchased here at AlloFlare.

Once you have accumulated at least 100 AlloCoins and would like to convert a desired amount into crypto, please follow these instructions so we can transfer it into your personal crypto wallet:

1- Your AlloFlare registered email

2- The whole amount you want to convert to cash (with no decimal places) - minimum amount is 100 AlloCoins.

3- Your wallet public key

  • You will need to have a crypto wallet to be able to receive crypto funds.  A crypto wallet is a software program or physical device that allows you to store your crypto and allow for the sending and receiving of crypto. If you don't already have one, you can download Metamask or Trust Wallet and follow their instructions to set up your wallet and find your public key.
  • Once you've submitted your information, you will receive a confirmation email from us when we approve your request. It may take a few business days for us to approve the transfer of the desired amount to your wallet.
  • Please make sure that all the information you submit is correct as AlloFlare is not responsible for any incorrect transfers due to invalid information.

*IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: There is a gas fee associated with crypto transfers which is covered by your membership. Therefore, you are required to be a paying member at AlloFlare in order to receive the cryptocurrency from us.

We will not process any conversion requests from members involved in pornography, obscenity, abuse, spam, or any other illegal activity.

Stars System

Our Star system allows you earn and show Stars on your profile.

We created this system to reward our most active, treasured members.

You earn Allo Stars by being active in the community. For more information on how that works please click here. You automatically earn 10 stars by becoming a member. Accumulate more stars and you will be rewarded with special benefits from us.

Please keep in mind that you can also lose Stars if you act in a disrespectful way within the community or breach our terms of conduct and use.

Privacy and Safety

Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines are intended to provide users with a place to connect and to share their experiences, stories, and challenges. In order to facilitate the exchange of ideas and to ensure that they are expressed in an appropriate manner, AlloFlare has implemented Social Media Community guidelines ("Guidelines"). These Guidelines clearly outline the rules of conduct for participation on AlloFlare Platform and should be consulted by all users.

A community of respect

In order to create a positive and engaging environment for users among our AlloFrare Platform and Accounts, we ask all users to treat each other with respect. Users may disagree with an idea; however, they must be respectful of others at all times. Insults, threats or harassment of other users, organizations or employees are prohibited.

AlloFlare will not tolerate and reserves its right to delete - to the full extent that each respective social media platform allows - any post or comment that;

  • are defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, disgraceful, vulgar or inappropriate;
  • encourage or suggest illegal activity, announcements from labor or political organizations and unintelligible or irrelevant posts.

Stay on topic

Users must ensure that their posts and comments are relevant to the topic at hand so as not to break the flow of a conversation. Would you want to be disrupted during a conversation at a networking event?

Many posts are public inside our platform

Nothing is private when posting or commenting on our feed, marketplace, events or certain groups. Once "send" is clicked, the post or comment can be seen by other members, so it is important to ensure that you do not say something that you might regret later. Do not post or comment anything that you would not want others to know. Remember that the information you share on a public feed may be captured, stored, accessed, potentially disclosed and used inappropriately by others.

Your comments are your own

Any comments or opinions shared by our followers on AlloFlare Platform or elsewhere are those of their respective contributors only. The views expressed by outside contributors do not represent the views of AlloFlare, its management or employees and AlloFlare does not endorse, or approve those views.

Use your own original content

All content posted by users on AflloFlare Accounts must comply with intellectual property rights related to such content.

Responsibilities

AlloFlare is not responsible or liable for damages that may occur while you are using an AlloFlare Account. You must comply with the social media platform or tool terms and conditions on which Alloflare Accounts are hosted.

When do we respond?

We make it a habit to read messages, posts and comments, and we may answer when appropriate. However, although our accounts are being continuously monitored, replies will be made between 9 am and 5 pm eastern time, Monday to Friday.

We do not discriminate against any views, but administrators of AlloFlare pages do reserve the right to delete the following, or to block users who post the following:

  • Obscenity, nudity, defamation or hate speech (Speech that targets people or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other protected status)
  • Comments/posts that threaten to harm individuals, groups or organizations
  • Commercial advertisements or solicitations of funds
  • Endorsement or encouragement of illegal activities
  • Multiple off-topic posts or repetitive posts that are copied and pasted
  • Personal information including but not limited to e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, or identification numbers

Payment Terms & Membership Cancelation

AlloFlare VIP Monthly Subscription

Your AlloFlare VIP monthly subscription will start when you subscribe to AlloFlare VIP.

Your first payment is due after a month of subscribing, and your billing will continue each month.

When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your AlloFlare Account.

If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may uncheck and cancel the auto-renew box found in your AlloFlare Profile prior to the end of your current subscription term.

How to Cancel Your Membership

If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may cancel it at any time at your AlloFlare Profile prior to the end of your current subscription term.

To cancel your membership:

Go over to the top right corner where you find your username and profile photo -> click on the arrow down -> membership -> cancel.

General Terms and Conditions for all Subscriptions and Upgrade Plans

Subscriptions of upgrade/downgrade amount plans are non-refundable. You may change your auto-renewal preferences in your AlloFlare Profile, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining amount of the changed plan.

If you allow your VIP Subscription to lapse, your AlloFlare membership will no longer run and you will lose access to your VIP perks.

An internet connection is required to use and manage AlloFlare. Subscription and upgrade plan pricing is subject to change. New pricing takes effect upon renewal of your subscription or upgrade/downgrade plan.

Payments on Fashion Success and AlloCoins System

You will be able to access the content of your purchased courses from Fashion Success and your AlloCoins ballance, once your payment is confirmed. We use Paypal and Stripe as our secure payment gateways.

No refunds are offered on these occasions.

In this case, please make sure you are purchasing the right courses and the right amount of AlloCoins. Each Coin is worth $1.00 (1 AlloCoin= $1).

Buying on Shop

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service.

We also accept payments in AlloCoins (ALLO), which is a cryptocurrency.

Your Orders

To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the "View and Track Your Orders" on the Shop tab while signed in to your account if you've created one. Your orders will be itemized by number and you can view the details and status of each order by clicking on the related order number.

If you didn't create an account for your order, you can check the status on the email confirmation that was sent to you.

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. Each seller on AlloFlare manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Sellers aren’t required to accept returns, exchanges, or provide a refund unless stated in their shop policies. Go to the shop's homepage and scroll to the bottom to see the shop's policies.

If the seller is willing to accept this return, be sure to settle on the details in a message before returning the item. Their contact information should be stated on their Shop. Please include the following information.

  • Where you should send the return
  • What time frame does the seller wish to receive the return
  • Who will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, if not written in the shop's policies
  • What shipping method to use

What should I do if the seller doesn’t refund my order, or if the seller doesn’t accept returns?

If the seller doesn’t allow refunds or returns, you may be able to email us at shop@alloflare.com.

Cases can be opened if:

  • You never receive your order
  • Your order wasn’t as it was described on Etsy

Please email us the above information and we will try to resolve the issue.

Shipping and Delivery

If you purchased a virtual or downloadable item, you can expect to receive your delivery immediately.

If you purchased any physical item, please check the delivery information from the seller you purchased it from to have a more accurate idea on when your item should arrive.

Selling on Shop

Posting an item for sale

If you'd like to become a seller on our shop, you'd need tp become an AlloFlare VIP member.

Once you sign up for our VIP membership, you will be able to access a dashboard where you can customize your shop and post items for sale.

Your Shop Dashboard

Once logged in as an AlloFlare VIP Member, you will be able to view your shop dashboard by clicking on your profile tab.

Your dashboard will show you your sales this month, earnings, pageviews, and orders, as well as access your products, orders, withdraws, visit your store and settings.

Placing an item for sale

On the Products tab, you can post an item for sale and view all of your available products.

Click on "Add New Product" to post a new item, then enter your product information.

You can create a product then edit it later before posting when you click "Create Product". If are ready to post the product, just click on "Create and Add New".

Each product that is added to Shop is subjected to review, and you should receive an email once your item has gone live. You will also hear from us if your item was not approved.

You will be charged a transaction fee of 15% of the price you display for each listing.

Your Orders

Each time someone purchases your items, you will receive an email notification. Please keep the buyer updated by checking your orders and fulfilling each one accordingly.

You can enter shipping information and any other note you'd like the buyer to know when you click to view your order. Once the order has been shipped and it has been completed, please complete the order on this tab.

You can only request withdraws for completed orders.

Requesting withdraws

You need to reach a minimum withdraw amount of $50.00. Once you've reached this threshold, you can request a withdrawal on this tab and the funds will be transferred to you via Paypal.

Settings

Please enter all important information about your store on your settings, including your Paypal email in order to get paid.

We strongly advise to add your email and Terms & Conditions for your store, so that buyers can easily contact you and can understand your shop's return policy and shipping arrangements.

Finally, don't hesitate to customize your store so that buyers can identify it and understand what you are all about.
