When do I receive my digital prints?
Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

How to personalize my digital art?
You can personalize your wall decor by selecting the size you want to print, the type of format of printing (different types of papers, canvas, poster) and by choosing a desired frame.
The jpegs we provide allow you to print high quality art in different formats.
Due to the digital aspect of the jpegs, you can also display your art on screens like TV and digital picture frames.
Finally, you can use the digital prints on mugs, T-shirt, etc, for a personalized gift.

Do you accept returns and exchanges on digital prints?
We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations,
but please get in touch if you have any problems with your order.

Which countries do you ship to:
We currently ship to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe. We may add more countries in the future.
How do you ship the paintings?
We ship our paintings from Florida, USA via USPS 1st Class Mail, which takes about 1-5 days, and via Standard International for overseas delivery, in this case ship time varies. All parcels are sent with a tracking number and are well wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
How about customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
How long does it take to process my order?
It takes about 1-3 business days to prepare, package, and put your parcel in the mail. We will notify you via email if there is any delay processing your order.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns
Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
And ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads / Printable Art
- Items on sale
Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once return is accepted and completed, you will receive a refund for the full price minus the shipping cost paid while ordering the item.
How do I care for my art piece?
Do not allow any rigid object to press against the front or back surface of the stretched canvas as this could create permanent indentation damage. When storing or transferring, take care to protect the canvas surfaces from becoming dinged or dented. Do not apply any kind of pressure (even finger pressure) to the back of a canvas.
Do not attempt to clean the surface by using solvents or cleaning products of any kind. Cleaning liquids may actually embed the dirt into the painting and cause permanent liquid lines over the surface. In fact, it is discouraged.
Do use compressed air in a can to blow away surface dust.
