About AlloFlare

Who we are

AlloFlare is a club and marketplace created to facilitate connectivity, help brands grow and inspire. It is like LinkedIn for fashion and beauty brands, professionals and lovers/enthusiasts.

What our platform offers

Our platform offers many features that were created to facilitate the above, among others that you won't generally find in other social media platforms. Below is a list of what you can expect:

  • Show your flare, stay current, stand out, and be inspired
  • Discover, shop, or create an ad for fashion and beauty products and services
  • Find and post exclusive fashion and beauty related events.
  • Exchange messages with members
  • Find and post jobs in fashion and beauty
  • Search and connect with other members in our community (sponsors, manufacturers, models, etc)
  • Learn new skills from accredited fashion and beauty schools, universities and courses
  • Earn Allo Stars from us and easily buy and share Stars among other users on our platform. By accumulating stars you will be rewarded with special benefits from us.
  • We do not sell your data.

Can we find AlloFlare in my App Store

We are currently available on your browser, but an app is definitely on the horizon. Stay tuned!

Using AlloFlare

Signing Up and Memberships

Before you can enjoy what our community has to offer, you will need to be invited by an existing member.

You can choose our AlloFlare Social Membership and enjoy our community for FREE, or sign up to our AlloFlare Royal Membership, which is $11/month, and enjoy more exclusive features. Our Royal membership is billed monthly and if you would like to cancel it and not be charged, you can easily do so on your profile within that month.

Please note that you can cancel your membership at any time, but we will offer no refunds after the cycle has been billed, so make sure you cancel it before the recurring date is expected.

Once you have entered your information and confirmed your subscription, you will receive an email from us to activate your account.

After that, you can just log in as usual and update your membership at any time on our platform.

Sharing Content

As a member of AlloFlare, you can post discussions, photos, videos, etc on our platform and be yourself so that other members can find you and connect with you. We do have strict content and comment restrictions for pornography, illegal content, sexualization of minors, incitement of violence, threats of bullying, disclosure of personal information, obscenity, abuse, spam, and derogatory behavior, and anyone who breaks those rules will be banned from the community.

Users are also able to report others that are breaching our terms of use, as we would like to keep this community as respectful, polite and enjoyable as possible.

Navigating Our Tabs

Our platform consists of the following tabs:

Show Your Flare

Here you will be able to see what other members post, as well as share your own content.

Shop

Here you will be able to discover, shop, or create an ad for fashion and beauty products and services.

You can search this tab by using different keywords to find products and services that you are looking for.

You can also post your own product/service on this tab by clicking on "Create". You are then taken to a form where you can fill out with information about your product/service. We do charge $14.99 for each ad you create and each ad stays live for 1 month. The ad you created will also be shown on your profile under classifieds.

Events

Here you will be able to see what events/meetups other users have created.

You can search this tab by using different keywords to find events that interest you.

You can also create your own event by clicking on "Create your event here". You can create fashion/beauty related events, fashion/beauty meetups or store launch. You are then taken to a form where you can fill out with information about your event. We don't charge for this service yet but we do need to approve the event to avoid the ones that are not relevant to the community or that seems to violate our terms of use and security.

Once your event is approved it will be shown on our Events tab and it will be live for 3 months.

Jobs

Here you can find and post jobs in fashion and beauty.

To post a new listing, just click on "Post a new job listing" and fill out the form.

We do charge $4.99 per post to avoid spam.

Connect

Here you can search, find and connect with other members in our fashion and beauty community.

Learn

Here you can learn new skills from accredited fashion and beauty schools, universities and courses.

Right Hand Features

Profile Photo

Here you can view and edit your profile.

This tab allows you to see what you posted on the feed, your about information, your membership, any posts to the marketplace, your friends, the photos you've shared, and videos/audios you've shared.

You can also change the privacy of your information by updating it on your About section.

Friendship Requests

Here you can see and accept friend requests

Messages

Here you are able to message other users by clicking on "new message". You can then select the user(s) you would like to interact with. You can share emojis and photos on the chatbox, but please remember to be respectful as users can block and report you for abuse (so no pornography, obscenity, abuse, spam, and derogatory behavior are allowed and anyone who breaches it will be banned from the community).

You can also search your messages by content or users.

Members

Here you can search and find other members in the community and easily send them a friend request and connect with them, as well as view your blocked list of users.

AlloFlare for Brands

AlloFlare is a platform for anyone who works or are interested in fashion (retail store owners online and offline, photographers, manufacturers, designers, influencers, models, beauty service providers, magazines, brands, or any other person who are into fashion and beauty). This is a space where everyone can easily connect with others and grow their brand.

AlloFlare was created to help people and brands all over the world in an specific industry to express what they are all about, connect with like minded people, build their brand identity, demonstrate their products and services on the marketplace, meet with industry partners and customers, and examine recent market trends and opportunities.

There is a lot of work that needs to be put into building a brand (organically or not) and AlloFlare offers a space where you can grow without the noise that you see in other platforms.

Our platform was designed to be free of ads and spams for users in our community. However, we created a Marketplace and Events tab where users can easily find and post products, services, and events that are in tune with their passions.

Brands are more than welcome to have their own profile on our platform, as each membership allows you to create a profile as a user or a brand and share content either way.

Managing Your Account

Privacy Settings

You can edit your privacy settings by either clicking on your username on the header then Preferences, or by clicking on Profile then About.

From there you can edit who can see the information on your About section, as well as the Preferences you have for your profile.

Notification Settings

You can edit your notification settings by either clicking on your username located on the header then Preferences -> Notifications, or by clicking on Profile then About -> Notifications.

There you can enable or disable all the notifications we have available for your email and on site.

Invite Members to the Community and Earn a Lifetime Membership

At AlloFlare, we not only like to make it a space that is more familiar to you and our members, but we also want to reward you for bringing other members in who are professionals in the fashion and beauty industries, or who are interested in the subject.

We will give you a FREE lifetime Royal Membership where you will never have to pay for a Royal membership again when you invite 5 people to join our community.

So if you think someone would enjoy the benefits as much as you do, don't hesitate to invite him/her. All you have to do is send them the same link you received when you were invited.

Once they have subscribed, please email us the information about the 5 people you invited to support@alloflare.com, and, once everything is confirmed, we will cancel all future payments to your account.

We will need each of the 5 persons emails together with your username to verify the registration. Please email us this information and use the tagline "Get Lifetime Membership" as the subject of your email and we will get back to you as soon as their membership is confirmed.

Stars System

Our Star system allows you to buy, earn and show Stars on your profile and community updates.

We created this system to allow our members to not only share their achievements and rewards with others but for us to also reward our most active, treasured members.

There are 3 ways you can earn Stars:

  • Being active in the community. For more information on how that works please click here. You automatically earn 10 stars by becoming a member. Accumulate more stars and you will be rewarded with special benefits from us.
  • Buying stars through our secure system (which is done only via Paypal at the moment).
  • Receiving stars from other members. You can also send stars and reward other users in order to show them appreciation, love, etc.

Please keep in mind that you can also lose Stars if you act in a disrespectful way within the community or breach our terms of conduct and use.

Privacy and Safety

Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines are intended to provide users with a place to connect and to share their experiences, stories, and challenges. In order to facilitate the exchange of ideas and to ensure that they are expressed in an appropriate manner, AlloFlare has implemented Social Media Community guidelines ("Guidelines"). These Guidelines clearly outline the rules of conduct for participation on AlloFlare Platform and should be consulted by all users.

A community of respect

In order to create a positive and engaging environment for users among our AlloFrare Platform and Accounts, we ask all users to treat each other with respect. Users may disagree with an idea; however, they must be respectful of others at all times. Insults, threats or harassment of other users, organizations or employees are prohibited.

AlloFlare will not tolerate and reserves its right to delete - to the full extent that each respective social media platform allows - any post or comment that;

  • are defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, disgraceful, vulgar or inappropriate;
  • encourage or suggest illegal activity, announcements from labor or political organizations and unintelligible or irrelevant posts.

Stay on topic

Users must ensure that their posts and comments are relevant to the topic at hand so as not to break the flow of a conversation. Would you want to be disrupted during a conversation at a networking event?

Many posts are public inside our platform

Nothing is private when posting or commenting on our feed, marketplace, events or certain groups. Once "send" is clicked, the post or comment can be seen by other members, so it is important to ensure that you do not say something that you might regret later. Do not post or comment anything that you would not want others to know. Remember that the information you share on a public feed may be captured, stored, accessed, potentially disclosed and used inappropriately by others.

Your comments are your own

Any comments or opinions shared by our followers on AlloFlare Platform or elsewhere are those of their respective contributors only. The views expressed by outside contributors do not represent the views of AlloFlare, its management or employees and AlloFlare does not endorse, or approve those views.

Use your own original content

All content posted by users on AflloFlare Accounts must comply with intellectual property rights related to such content.

Responsibilities

AlloFlare is not responsible or liable for damages that may occur while you are using an AlloFlare Account. You must comply with the social media platform or tool terms and conditions on which Alloflare Accounts are hosted.

When do we respond?

We make it a habit to read messages, posts and comments, and we may answer when appropriate. However, although our accounts are being continuously monitored, replies will be made between 9 am and 5 pm eastern time, Monday to Friday.

We do not discriminate against any views, but administrators of AlloFlare pages do reserve the right to delete the following, or to block users who post the following:

  • Obscenity, nudity, defamation or hate speech (Speech that targets people or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other protected status)
  • Comments/posts that threaten to harm individuals, groups or organizations
  • Commercial advertisements or solicitations of funds
  • Endorsement or encouragement of illegal activities
  • Multiple off-topic posts or repetitive posts that are copied and pasted
  • Personal information including but not limited to e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, or identification numbers

In short: Be respectful. Be smart. Be human. Add to the discussion, and help grow our community in constructive ways.

Payment Terms & Membership Cancelation

Royal Monthly Subscription

Your Royal monthly subscription for AlloFlare Platform will start when AlloFlare confirms your subscription.

Your first payment is due after a month of subscribing, and your billing will continue each month.

When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your AlloFlare Account.

If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may uncheck and cancel the auto-renew box found in your AlloFlare Account prior to the end of your current subscription term.

How to Cancel Your Membership

If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may cancel it at any time at your AlloFlare Account prior to the end of your current subscription term.

There are two ways you can cancel your membership:

1- Click on Profile -> hoover over the 3 dots for more -> click on membership -> cancel

2- Go over to the top right corner where you find your username -> click on the arrow down -> click on membership -> cancel

General Terms and Conditions for all Subscriptions and Upgrade Plans

Subscriptions of upgrade/downgrade amount plans are non-refundable. You may change your auto-renewal preferences in your AlloFlare Account, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining amount of the changed plan.

If you allow your Subscription to lapse, your AlloFlare membership will no longer run. If you allow your upgrade plan to lapse, you will no longer have access to your account.

An internet connection is required to use and manage AlloFlare. Subscription and upgrade plan pricing is subject to change. New pricing takes effect upon renewal of your subscription or upgrade/downgrade plan.

Payments received on the Marketplace, Jobs and Stars System

You will be able to see your ad on the Shop and Jobs tab, as well as your Stars, once your payment is confirmed. No refunds are offered on these occasions.

In this case, please make sure you are purchasing the right amount of Allo Stars. Each star is worth $1.00 (1 star= $1)
